Where to begin...When u talk about a happy camper, thats me. When u talk about reliable service, thats AJO shipping...The first times I learnt about this company i followed a friend to pick up, i had just signed up with a different company and the prices were similar but what got my attention here was customer service (Oneil). Ive never met the lady thing Amoy but talking on the phone she is nice. From the time of purchase to the time of arrival, u r in the loop. The delivery time is on point even during COVID 19, the delivery time was not really affected. Keep up the good work guys.

Terrible worst I’ve ever experienced in costumer service and the delivery system is fake never on time no matter how fast the actual package is dropped off or any convenience I worry when I ship with them cause packages they can’t find it or something

The service is good and my packages always arrive in the given time frame. There was a misunderstanding which I do not feel the owner was empathetic and did not seem to care, the mistake caused me a great deal of $. Though it was my fault, I am fairly new and a discount or something could have helped but it is all a learning process I guess. All in all, it is good shipping company to work with in my opinion.

This was my first time ever ordering anything and my first time using a shipping company so I was a bit nervous and also worried that I wouldn’t receive my package and/or maybe I would experience bad customer service from the shipping company personnel but that wasn’t the case I can gladly say I didn’t have the experience of bad customer service they had good customer service based on my interaction with them I got through in a timely manner and I love how they keep you updated to let you know the status of your package I know for sure I’ll definitely be using AJO Shipping again and very soon

They never disappoint awaiting yet another packages and already a was advise that its ready for pickup in under a week. This is my 8th or is it my 9th time using their service and it has only gotten better on each delivery ........
